Cross track
The cross conveyor program from Hannemann Engineering is composed of modules from our chain conveyor and roller conveyor program.
A cross conveyor is typically used to change the transport direction of the pallet/product and can have multiple purposes depending on the task.
For example, pallet loading/unloading from the side as shown in the picture.
The cross track is made up of the following modules:
- Lifting/lowering module for switching between roller conveyor and chain conveyor. The lifting/lowering function is designed as a motorized eccentric lift and can handle up to 3000 kg depending on the task
- Roller conveyor module with recess for the chain conveyor. The roller conveyor is mounted on the raising/lowering module
- Chain conveyor module designed as a "standalone" chain conveyor built into the roller conveyor. The chain conveyor can be designed with 2 to 5 strands depending on the task
The courses are based on our standard design, but can be customized to customer needs.
